Pixel Pulse Creation – Return and Refund Policy
At Pixel Pulse Creation, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality design and branding services. Because our work involves custom, creative labor and personalized physical products, we have established the following return and refund policies.
1. Tangible and Printed Products For any physical or printed products, the client will be provided with a final digital proof of the design for review.
Final Approval: Once the client explicitly accepts the design and confirms it is ready for print, the order immediately goes into production.
No Refunds: Because these items are custom-manufactured based on your approved proof, no refunds, returns, or reprints will be issued for errors approved by the client (such as typos, color choices, or layout issues), nor for a change of mind after the printing process has begun.
2. Virtual and Digital Products For digital design services (including logos, web graphics, and digital branding assets), we work closely with clients through a structured revision process to ensure satisfaction.
Post-Approval Cancellation: If a client gives final approval on a design (including approvals given after the revision rounds) but subsequently decides to cancel the project or reject the final deliverables, a 70% refund of the total project fee will be issued.
Labor Fee: The remaining 30% is retained by Pixel Pulse Creation as a non-refundable design and administrative fee to cover the time, labor, and creative resources already invested in the project.
3. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights In the event that a digital project is canceled and a 70% refund is issued under the terms above:
Client Rights: The client forfeits all rights, licenses, and ownership claims to any of the drafts, concepts, or final designs created during the project. The client may not use any of the provided design concepts for any personal or commercial purpose.
Agency Rights: Pixel Pulse Creation retains full intellectual property rights to the unpurchased/canceled designs. We reserve the right to repurpose, modify, or display these designs for our own marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes.
